General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 13x555 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 13x555.org. These Terms apply to all services offered on the 13x555 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, and any other gaming or account services made available from time to time.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 13x555 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 13x555 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 13x555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 13x555. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the 13x555 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 13x555 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including at registration, at the time of first withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed appropriate by the Company.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 13x555 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account details current at all times. 13x555 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 13x555 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 13x555 does not represent that its services are legally available in all jurisdictions. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the platform.

2.5 Verification (KYC). 13x555 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 13x555 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 13x555 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 13x555 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 13x555 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. 13x555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, chargebacks, or failure to complete KYC verification. In such cases, 13x555 may withhold funds pending investigation.

3.4 Self-Requested Closure. You may request the closure of your 13x555 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms is outstanding.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 13x555 currently accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported payment methods are typically credited to your 13x555 account instantly or within a short processing window. 13x555 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful KYC verification. 13x555 reserves the right to extend this processing window in cases requiring enhanced due diligence. Withdrawals must, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for deposit.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the 13x555 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method and account status.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 13x555 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 13x555 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any conversion fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 13x555's control and are your responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 13x555 are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100% while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 13x555 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, and collusion between accounts. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a 13x555 account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect bonus eligibility — check the specific promotion terms before making a deposit if you intend to claim a promotional offer.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds are held separately in the cashier.
• Withdrawing real-money funds while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated wagering progress.
• 13x555 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. 13x555 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including bets placed on erroneous odds or game malfunctions. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are not valid and any staked amounts will be returned.

6.2 Erroneous Odds and Manifest Errors. In the event that a sporting event, casino game, or any other market is made available with odds or parameters that are clearly erroneous due to a pricing error, system fault, or data feed issue, 13x555 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of placing the bet.

6.3 Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical fault or malfunction during a casino game or live dealer session, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. 13x555 shall not be held liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules. All sports betting markets are governed by the specific sport rules published in the 13x555 Sportsbook section. These rules cover settlement procedures, postponement and abandonment policies, and in-play betting rules. Cricket markets — including PSL, international matches, and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 13x555 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including the provision of false identification, age, or payment information.
• Multi-accounting — creating or operating more than one account to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game.
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the 13x555 platform in place of a human user.
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or unintended feature to gain an advantage not intended by 13x555.
• Money laundering — using the 13x555 platform to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. 13x555 complies with international anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorised payment reversals through a bank or payment provider without first engaging 13x555 support.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour — directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward 13x555 staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the 13x555 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 13x555 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited Licence. 13x555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation, reproduction, distribution, or modification of 13x555 content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or create derivative works based on any part of the 13x555 platform without the express prior written consent of 13x555. Unauthorised use of 13x555 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. 13x555 endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and events beyond 13x555's reasonable control may result in temporary interruptions.

9.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13x555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if 13x555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall 13x555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim giving rise to the liability.

9.4 Player Responsibility. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate in games and place bets entirely at your own risk. 13x555 shall not be held liable for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform, including losses resulting from streaks of bad luck or individual game outcomes.

Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment. 13x555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour and we are committed to providing tools and support to help manage this.

10.2 Available Tools. All 13x555 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from the account dashboard, without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits — set maximum loss thresholds across defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after defined session durations.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 72 hours, one week, or up to six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude your account from the platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected.

10.3 Age Restriction. 13x555 is a strictly 21+ platform. Any attempt to circumvent the age verification process constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 13x555 employs multiple layers of age verification including document checks and third-party identity verification services.

Privacy & Data

11.1 Data Collection. 13x555 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 KYC and AML. 13x555 is required to collect and verify certain personal information from players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents.

11.3 Data Security. 13x555 employs industry-standard 256-bit TLS encryption across all platform connections and implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

11.4 Communications. By registering a 13x555 account, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your account. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

Amendments & Termination

12.1 Right to Amend. 13x555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the 13x555 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by 13x555. 13x555 may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Upon termination for breach of these Terms, any outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

12.3 Termination by Player. You may close your account and terminate your agreement with 13x555 at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding breach.

12.4 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international gaming dispute resolution authority.

12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral body of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the 13x555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 13x555 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
